LightSpeed is looking for an energetic, driven, and people-oriented Recruiter. Reporting to the HR Manager, this key role will be responsible for full cycle recruitment for a variety of roles. We’re looking for a collaborative team member who enjoys recruiting for all types of positions, finding new and creative ways to source top talent, and working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Primary Responsibilities

Manage full life cycle recruiting for multiple roles

Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and lead interviews

Manage the interview process for your mandates, involving stakeholders as necessary

Attend external recruiting events as needed – get people excited to work for LightSpeed!

Use social media and other tools to actively recruit top talent
-
Work with the HR team to continually improve and streamline LightSpeed’s recruitment processes

Manage other responsibilities and projects as required
Requirements
-
3+ years of recruitment experience (preferably within the technology industry)

BA in Human Resources, or equivalent experience

Comfortable recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles

Amazing people skills – people open up to you and love talking with you

Astute assessment abilities with the ability to accurately asses both job skills and cultural fit
